SMPP and HTTP connectivity
The core gateway supports SMPP and HTTP. The connection method, endpoint, throughput and enabled functions are agreed for each customer during solution design and onboarding. SS7 or SIGTRAN interconnection can be referred to our technical team for confirmation.
Tailored routing profiles
Configurable static and dynamic routing lets us route your traffic according to the agreed service profile, the available connections and operational rules. Rerouting and failover are configurable, subject to defined conditions and route availability, and may affect costs.
24/7 network monitoring
Our operations team monitors the network around the clock, and the gateway calculates traffic and system-health statistics that support route management. Escalation paths into our operations team are defined for your service.
Security and privacy controls
Security and privacy controls designed to align with ISO/IEC 27001 and the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. We are working towards ISO/IEC 27001 certification and are not currently certified.
